Can I save by remortgaging?
I am sure this is a really simple question to answer, but I am really no good with figures so looking for clarification. I have always assumed that I had a great mortgage deal (for 13 years!), so despite rates dropping I never considered changing. Just wondered if I am right to stick. Current terms (12 years remaining)…

Noddle and credit expert
Anyone able to tell me why there would be a difference in score? Always used credit expert and score is almost 800-fair however signed up to noddle tonight and score is 520 -poor. Unsure why this is such a big difference. Credit expert last updated 10/01/2017 and naturally there's no update yet for noddle. I know that…

My partner is self employed. I am employed with a debt relief order over my head that came into effect last August. Loan or Additional Mortgage Borrowing
Hi all, apologies for submitting a duplicate thread, I originally posted this in the loans section, but I am not sure if any of the mortgage experts frequent there and didn't want to miss their opinion. Mortgage help for bankrupts
Hi all, I am currently looking to buy a new property with my partner. Would I have much success is trying to get them to waive it…

Lifetime trackers
It looks like HSBC have jacked up their lifetime tracker rates. The best they offer now (according to their website and at 60% LTV) appears to be BoE base rate + 1.84% (giving a current pay rate of 2.09%). I remortgaged to HSBC to their lifetime tracker just before Xmas and got base rate + 1.49% (giving a current pay rate…
