We have accepted an offer on our house and I have spotted a house locally that was sold subject to contract. This has recently to become back on the open market. Someone has pulled out but how long in the selling process will a house become sold subject to contact??

New mortgage paid but not completed yet
My solicitor was planing on exchange and completion last month so drawn Down mortgage funds, 1 month Down the line still not exchanged and have just been charged my first mortgage and a half payment for my new house.
