We received court proceedings for 3 missed mortgage parents totalling £2500 today. We have been burying our head in the sand. Due in court in 8th may. We can pay £1000 off tomorrow and a further £1000 in two weeks. What is likely to happen if we can pay it all off before the court date? Many thanks in advance.
