SVR's kicked in about three years ago and it's gone up since about twice, so now looking to fix for maybe three years, hopefully at a lower rate than…

There's £125,000 outstanding on my mortgage. If I move to a house of the same value would I need to put down a deposit? And if so how much and when would it be…

Recent (forthcoming) pay rise and mortgage application
My annual pay rise has just been confirmed but it doesn't kick in for another 3 months. Will mortgage brokers/providers generally accept a letter from my employer confirming the pay rise, or would they need 3 months' worth of payslips with the new amount (which would obviously force me to use my current salary)? Thanks.

First Mortgage Payment (Leeds)
I am a bit confused by this statement from Leeds: The way I understood it was interest obviously starts from release of funds and if you had a 30 day month, released on 15th with payment date of 1st you'd pay 15 days interest and one month capital + advance interest on the 1st of the next month. Now, this says…
