Hi Guys, I am a 37 year old guy with a 35 year old partner. We will be first time buyers. We have a combined income of 45000 pounds per year and are looking at buying a property for 120000. We have 10000 to put down as a deposit. Do we have a chance of getting a mortgage for this amount? Grateful for your advice.
