Mortgage agreed in principle with natwest
We used a broker to look for a mortgage, he found a 5 year fixed rate one with natwest (at 7.25%), however on the Natwest website there's a first time buyers special thats 5.99% also 5 year fixed rate and also requiring a 10% deposit. Does this mean the broker is a dud or are we missing something?
