We were looking to fix at 5.34% for 5 Years on a 84.5% LTV and we were happy with that until a broker stuck his nose in. This broker had been recommended to us but couldn't fit us in for an appointment for ages so when we made this…

The best rates i've found for a 5 & 10 year fixed rate mortgage with a 60% LTV are: 10 Year 5.09% (£599 arrangement fee) 5 Year 4.79% (£599 arrangement fee) Both are with the Britannia Building Society. Does anyone know of any better rates out there?

Fixed rate nearly at an end
Just checked the paper work. I signed up for a fixed deal of 5.89% for two years. The first payment of the fixed rate was made in April 2007 and I'm back on variable with the first payment being made in July. This equates to two years and three months? Am I being ripped off? Thanx
