Endowment best offer £200 more than surrender - expected nowadays?
Paid in ~£6500 on an endowment, surrender value is £5390. Went through APMM to sell, they send the details to 6 companies. Only one contacted me, offering £5592. I was hoping for a better result, but maybe long-term investments aren't appealing in today's economic conditions. So...is this an expected result at the moment?…
