My current 2 year fixed rate with Northern Rock ends on 1/2/09. This was an interest only mortgage on 100% ltv. Overpay on my fixed rate mortgage now or save and pay off a lump when FR ends?
this may be simple to some, wonder if anyone can advise or point out my failed logic? my fixed rate mortgage ends in a year, lookng at overpaying to reduce the total.
