Norwich Union Endowment - Keep or Surrender?
I have a Norwich Union endowment policy that was taken out in 1997. I pay a premium of £50 per month, and the policy is eligible for reattribution. It is due to mature in 2022 and currently has a surrender value of £7,610. Should I keep the policy, or invest the cash value in something else? Appreciate any advice.

remortgaging & home improvements
My wife and I need to raise approx £8000 for urgent home improvements. We have been with Brittania on their SVR for the past 4 years. Our outstanding balance is £71000 and the house is valued at £177000. We are considering remortgaging and obtaining a loan for £79000. Is this wise under the current climate ?
