Tracker mortgage rates.
I have a Natwest tracker mortgage. Does the actual interest rate I am paying change when the BOE change the rate or as I assume, does it change when the bank feel like they can't put off the reduction any longer? I have not received any correspondence from Natwest since the last 1% drop in bank rate. Cheers

What should we do when our fixed rate ends???
Our fixed rate with Natwest is at 5.99% and it ends next October. It was a 100% mortgage we took out for 3 years and looking at what other houses have sold for in the street recently I don't think we would have hardly made any equity on the property. When we need to renew our mortgage I think our only option will be to…
