Another Phoenix policy
I have a Pheonix policy and have read here that many of their policies are dud. It is a Homestyle Unit Linked policy - bought in 1990 through Royal Life. Equity - Who revalues house when taking increased mortgage?
Hi - first post, be gentle... For various reasons we'd like to take out a larger mortgage as we believe our house to have increased in value in the 4 years since we bought it. Competitive Rate
I am just coming off of a rather good tracker deal with the Halifax at + 0.04%. The best deal I can currently seem to find with a reasonable arrangement fee (£500) is + 0.19%. Is this about right? Was that the way of things 3 years ago and I am not going to find another 0.04% nowadays?
