Hiya Is anyone with aperture for their IVA I am 9 months into mine and have recently been transferred to aperture from swift Has anyone been through the iva annual review yet with aperture? I'm feeling anxious😒 Any info would be greatly appreciated Thanks

hi abit advice needed after speakin to pay plan enquiring which they went through all the budget for an iva i was left 270 amonth to pay to my creditors how likely will this be accepted when we are 45k in debt total if i was to go ahead

Hi, If my husband were to enter into an IVA, could the insolvency company take my earnings into account or make me pay? We’re are not financially linked in any way. No joint bank account or credit and the debts are in his name only. Thanks in advance.
