My husband has been told by HMRC that we have to sell our home by 1st March or it will be auctioned. I have repeatedly asked them to review our case but no one seems to listen at all. Can I check if PPI has been claimed?
I finished my IVA in Sept 2013 and just wondered if I should be checking with them for any PPI that they may have claimed, simply because I was told by Grant Thornton that I was entitled to 8% of any claims. Do they have to tell me if they have successfully claimed any, or is it up to me to chase them? Thanks
