We are in the process of going through with an IVA however was told that any overtime worked will be taken into consideration and a percentage will be taken.How much can they take from us,overtime at the moment is quite regular and it helps for christmas and birthdays we have a 6 and 7 year old.

:confused: If i claim my bank charges and credit card charges back will i have to give them to the IVA people And if i pay my IVA off early will i be liable to pay them any more money........
