Thanks to everyone who posted a Soloist DVD competition! One turned up in the post today with no note and no return address, so I haven't a clue where it came from! I'm very grateful whoever it was :D and thanks also to Munchkim, I won a koala today....finally! :D Nice to end the month on a high :beer:

How long after emailing a company several times would you wait to ring up and complain about a prize that had been messed up.
