Buying a Bicycle for Home & Outdoor Use
In a bid to hopefully start losing some weight, I would like to buy a bicycle to use for both indoor and outdoor usage. Ideally, getting to/from work, the occasional ride round the park and more importantly, a kind of stand to use the bike indoors as an exercise bike. Just wondered if anyone has some recommendations?

hi, just wondering if anyone can help me. i would like to send some flowers to a relative thats just had a cancer op as i am unable to visit anytime soon.
