Didnt know where to post this - sorry! Anyway im getting married next year and have booked several things (dj, venue, caterers, florist, photographer etc) and secured with a deposit. The prices were quoted on 17.5% vat - will they still stand or will they have to be adjusted in line with the new vat rate??

did i read somewhere that an "authority" had
