Solicitor forgot to register interest
I purchased a property 10 months ago in April 2013. Today, out of the blue, I received an email from the solicitor to advise they need to register my interest in the property with the land registry. To do this, apparently they need a certificate of compliance from the freeholder. Apparently, to do this, the freeholders…

guide price
the property i am buying had a guide price of 140000-150000. I offered 138000 ant it was accepted. someone said to me today that estate agents use guide prices when they must sell a property at more than it is worth. Is thus correct? i know a house is worth what someone will pay. I have not had the property valued yet.

Which way should my house face?
Hi I'm looking to buy and I'm wanting sunshine to the front of my house in the morning and evening sun for when I get home from work so I can have a chill outside.
