does anybody know how those 'quick buy house' type companies value property?
I dont think I'd eve use one cos I'm sure they all rip you off. But I was curious to know how they reach their valuations as most of them say they will give you an instant quote over the phone. Seems odd as every area is different, every house is different etc. Anyone know?
