Whole Fresh Salmon in Sainsburys 25% off
Was in my local Sainsburys today and they had Whole fresh Salmon for £4.50 a kilo instead of £6 a kilo. The fishmonger, said that he could skin it, fillet it and portion it for us and that as it's fresh it could go in the freezer and would last 4 - 5 months. May be of some use to someone!!!!! Special k / special k bliss bars are on offer at asda for £1 a box (5/6 in the box) instead of about £2.13. I got the normal, peach, choc chip and bliss raspberry choc (I think!). Also special k cereal is £2 altho not sure if it is all varieties but did see the normal one and the oat/honey there.

There were lots of nutroasts in the Merry Hill M&S this afternoon - normal price £4.99 today £1 to clear!
