I recently blocked someone and now they are emailing me through ebay. If you block someone can they still see your auctions and not bid or can they not see your auctions at all??

Responding to Item not as described
I've had a buyer file a claim for "not as described" as they've changed their mind. I'm happy to give them a refund as under the DSR they're entitled to one but they haven't returned the item yet. If I click on "Accept the refund & close the dispute" will it then tell the buyer to return the item for a refund?
