Reclaiming bank charges - financial difficuties
I know most bank charges are on hold because of the test case, however, the FSA set a waiver for those customers in Financial difficulty so the claims had to be delat with. Is there a template to that effect on here?

administration order and DLA
I intend to apply to the courts for an administration order, as i have contacted ccs and they have advised this, I am on benefits and on DLA Will my DlA be counted as an income IE Will the courts use my dla to pay my creditors, Or cant the creditors touch my DLA Thanks.
