Barclays for 22 Years - Should I Move to A & L ?
Hi folks, I'd really appreciate some advice. I have been with Barclays Banks for 22 years and lately have not been very impressed with their service. The interest they give on credit balances is very poor and their charges for overdrafts seems high compared to others. I have recently opened an Alliance and Leicester…

Step Account
I am currently in an IVA and have an account with a Visa Electron card but it is driving me mad as it can hardly be used on line at all. Do Natwest credit check for the step account? Or does any one know an account that has a solo card that doesn't need a credit check? Thanks.

Credit Rating
Can anyone tell my why it is that my credit rating has gone down from 600 in Jan this year to 500 today when I have paid off 2 outstanding debts and not added anything else to my credit pile. This seems really unfair as now I am classed as "very poor" instead of "fair" I just don't understand?

DMP and reclaiming bank charges
Hi there I am on a DMP with Payplan and one of my creditors is the Halifax Bank (£650 overdraft). Consequently I have moved banks. Should I try and reclaim my bank charges back or should I just let sleeping dogs lie given that I owe them £650? Any feedback on this would be gratefully received. Thanks
