I had a house signed over to me a few years ago by my parents.It was my home before this date and for a time after this date. It is now on the market and am wondering what CGT or income tax i will have to pay on the sale? Thanks for any help given.

How much money are you allowed to receive as a gift in any given tax year? Does this change if it comes from a relative? Are both married parties allowed to receive this?
