Cheque cut off time with Barclays?
I paid a cheque in to my Barclays account on Friday afternoon at 4pm..I thought it would clear on Thursday (tomorrow) although when checking in my branch they said it would be Friday as the cheque had been paid in after 3.30 it would not go in to the account until Monday!!! Is this always the case?

Will I be charged if I pay a bill in RBS with a Natwest Cheque ?
