So property has been in the family since the 50's and for obvious reasons has changed names once. This name tenant is moving out in the new year so what will have to the people left in the property? Can the tenant be changed about? Will they get re-housed or told they need to move out with no help?

I received my tax credit payment on 15th into my bank. Having checked my account today, there has been another payment made of just under the normal amount I usually receive.My next payment date isnt until 12th Jan.
