Tax credit Joint to single claim.....how is it worked out?
Hi! If you split with partner you had a joint tax credit claim with how do they then work out the single claim? Is it as simple as they take the ex partners last wage slip details? :confused:

16hr rule...
I've seen a job advertised for 14hrs a week. IF I was to apply and then get the job, and didn't want to claim jobseekers (ie, was happy with just 14hrs) would I still be able to get LHA? This is a hypothetical question, I really haven't thought about it much, just a first thought.
