My standard outgoings are higher than my current income. I'm self employed from only few months . I am trying to build my business so I'm doing savings on food, clothing, hobbies... everything. It is correct to put higher quote for "outgoings" than income in the 6.28 form ?

Does anyone have any experience of Housing Associations & BR? My OR said they didn't want my latest rent statement as they'd write to the HA direct. Now I'm worried that the HA will attempt to end my tenancy? There are no rent arrears that have gone into my BR.
