House now free from or after 3 years,can anyone help?
Hi 3 years has now pasted since going BR and I've still got my house thank God,the OR took no action so it's now legally mine again. I want to do all the paperwork and get it back into my name etc,I've got a mortgage etc but can I do this without a solicitor? and do I start with the Land Registry? Thanks in advance :T
