HP debts - can they be included in bankruptcy?
Hi, Can anyone tell me debts incurred as a result of an HP agreement are ALLOWED to be included as part of the bankruptcy? To clarify, many years ago I had a car on HP, gave it back, but I still owe an amount (and yes it was given back before the 50% rule). Thanks
