Free Gluten-Free Restaurant Cards (for Celiacs)
These Celiac Travel.com gluten free restaurant cards are for you to print out and take with you when you dine out at a restaurant, either at home or abroad. The great thing about being able to print your own is you can give them to the waiter or waitress to take to the kitchen. The most common problem with getting gluten free food when dining in restaurants is that your message gets lost or corrupted on its way to the kitchen.

Official MoneySavingExpert.com insert:
This site also has restaurant cards in other languages so if you're planning a trip abroad and think you may need one then check if the country you're visiting is on this list of Coeliac restaurant cards
. As this is a small, personal website, it could be affected by heavy traffic coming from the weekly email so please only visit it if you're really going to make use of these cards.

Here was me coming to complain saying if the waiters that dumb he cant remember who the celiac is he shouldnt be working there.. but if its being sent to kitchen then thats fine as yes sometimes that does messup, or chefs dont notice it if they have it on the plate then they will not be able to miss the thing.

Coeliac cards
Thank you very much. I have been a coeliac for about 11 years and although it has got easier I have had some really bad experiences. The alternative language versions will be a god send as I travel a lot and trying to explain in Thai or Hindi is impossible

Great link!
Also, if you want printed laminated cards in any language you can buy them from www. dietarycard .com (apologies for the spaces, it won't let me post the link).

Great post but a little dated....
....theres a FREE app that has Multi-lingual Restaurant Cards, Nearest Restaurant Finder and loads more.
I can't add links for some reason so google 'glutown project' for more details.
