Unsecured loan/Fair credit score/UCC/Citifinancial...
Options
Hi there.
I used Experian to get my credit score which was "Fair". I have a few store/credit cards that total around £3.000 and all the payments have been made in the last year, so I was actually a little suprised that my score wasn't better.
I've used moneysupermarket to search for some loans and it seems for me to get one, I'm going to have to go with someone I've never heard of. My two options are UCC loans and Citifinancial. UCC seem to have a bad rep but lower apr where as Citifinancial appear to have a decent reputation but higher apr.
I've spoken to other companies such as Ocean Money and Lombard but I don't think they will help me as I've been at more than two addresses in the last 3 years which is kind of annoying.
I need around £14.000 just to consolidate mine and my partners debt. we don't even mind going with Citifinancial and paying the extra interest as in a years time, when our credit scores are excellent, we could then get a loan at a cheaper rate.
Anyone have experience with Citifinancial or UCC? Or just some advise in general?
Thanks for reading............
