Amazon customers ordering via its 1-Click service may pay up to £4.75 more than they need to, because of default settings which mean some are automatically charged even if what they're buying is eligible for free delivery...

    Thanks Megan..I use 1-click all the time, can't say I've noticed an undue delivery charge but will watch out.
    Slightly off topic, a local shop wanted £2 for a stylus pen...Amazon sell them quantity 10 for 52pence FREE delivery....and coming from China.

    Seems a bit pointless using 1-click if you’re going to have to perform at least as many clicks just to amend your order.

    Don't see why this is an "issue" the terms and conditions are clear and presumably many of those who are in such a rush they are using "one click" wouldn't want to wait the extra time for free delivery (which seems to be more like 7 to 10 days at the moment rather than the 3 to 5 quoted in the article).
