Lucy’s Dressings Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter is:
Lucy’s Dressings Ltd .(company no. 7641546)] whose registered office is at 39, Elms Road, London SW4 9EP, United Kingdom.
All prizes are subject to availability, and Lucy’s Dressings reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product or flavour of equal or higher value if necessary at the promoters’ discretion.
The competition is open from Friday 6th October 2017 and closes at 12pm on Friday 13th October 2017. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date.
Prize draws and competitions are only open to persons aged 18 years or over. Promoter employees are not eligible to enter.
The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements that are not specifically included in the prize such as travel expenses.


The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The Promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
