Kensington Timescales

Hi, please can I have some advice as I'm getting frustrated with Kensington and the time they are taking to process our application.
We are using a mortgage broker who have been great up to this point but we seem to have hit a brick wall.
  • Application (joint) submitted 1st August.
  • DIP 1st August.
  • Further Info requested 3rd September
  • Replies submitted/uploaded to Kensington 5th September.
  • Valuation authorised and carried out 7th September
  • Valuation confirmed as full market value 12th September.
  • Thats where everything stops...

I contact the broker every other day (to their annoyance!) for an update but no news.

I cant contact Kensington direct and I do realise Kensington are notoriously slow but is it fair to say nearly 4 weeks after a valuation is longer than usual?

Any suggestions apart from continue to wait?

Thanks
