    Answer = 1,000

    3. What was the original meaning of the word 'wizard'?

    4. In what century did cats become directly associated with witchcraft?

    Answer = 17th

    5. Who wrote "Endymion", a play that presented a rare example of witchcraft on the Elizabethan Stage?

    Answer = John Lyly

    PS. The last one (Q5) is the only answer I am certain about.
