4. Term The contest will be open from 3 August to 12 October 2017. The final winners will be drawn by 31 October 2017 in Italy.
5. Allocation of prizes Every user who has correctly completed a memory game by 31 October 2017 will be entered into the final draw for the region they chose: there will be 7 draws in total, one for each region. One winner and 4 runners up will be drawn for each region, for a total of 7 winners and 28 runners up. Every user may be identified in each of the 7 databases for the respective regions in relation to which they completed all 7 memory games, however they may only be identified once.

Prizes will be allocated as follows: The winner drawn for each region will win a trip to the region in Italy for which they had completed and won the memory game, which will include:

- Accommodation for 2 people for at least one night and max. 2 nights, as set out in clause 6, at a location in the region; - 1 Green & Blue activity.


The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th runners up will also be drawn. Each participant may take part more than once but will only be eligible to win 1 prize. If the same winner is drawn more than once, the prize will be allocated to the next runner up. In particular, winners will be drawn in the following order: Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Emilia Romagna. If the same user is announced winner in more than one region, he/she will be allocated the prize for the region that was drawn first.

For the purpose of awarding the prizes, the promoter will ask the winners for a copy of their ID cards or another valid ID document, and if there is a discrepancy with the details recorded at registration the prize will not be awarded.
6. Prizes
The following prizes may be won: Lombardy The prize includes: - One night’s stay in a superior double room in the hotel Il Corazziere; - Breakfast buffet from 6:30 to 9:00; - Road bike excursion with the team Fly Cycling; - Check-out by 11 a.m. Valid only if booked in advance by 30/09/2018, subject to availability. Periods excluded: from 01/04 to 30/04/2018 and from 01/09/2018 to 15/09/2018.

The value of the prize is €330.

Valle d’Aosta The prize includes: 1 night in a 3 star hotel for two people with half board - one of the following activities: o Ebike excursion on Monterosa Prestige trails with a MTB guide o Trekking on the Monte Rosa Randò trails with a guide - Lunch after the excursion

Valid from: June to September 2018, August is excluded. Booking must be completed 10 days prior to the chosen date.

The value of the prize is €340.

Piedmont The prize includes: - 1 night’s stay in a double room with half board at the hotel Albergo Ristorante Italia di Varallo, Corso Roma no. 4 (for details see www.albergoitalia.net) - GREEN&BLUE activity at Monrosa Rafting di Balmuccia, Via Roma no. 1 (for details see www.monrosarafting.it ), entailing one rafting trip for two people. The offer may be taken from mid April to mid September; no period is excluded subject only to availability. The Green&Blue activity must be booked at least 15 days in advance and is subject to availability.

The value of the prize is €206.

Liguria The prize includes: - 1 night’s stay for two people with B&B at the "Locanda del Parco" (for details see https://www.locandadelparcodiportofino.it/) in the Portofino Reserve; - One day guided excursion within Parco di Portofino nature reserve (in Italian or English); - 2 bike sharing tickets for "1 day" (can be used in the Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino or Camogli areas); - Two tickets to the ‘San Fruttuoso’ Abbey, which belongs to "FAI-Fondo Ambiente Italiano"; - 1 night’s stay with B&B at the working farm La Sorba a Sassello in the Beigua Reserve - UNESCO Global Geopark, surrounded by marvellous countryside and forests (for details see www.lasorba.com ); - A day’s mountain bike excursion with a guide in the Deiva Forest, including MTB hire or alternatively, a guided trek throughout the Nature Reserve for a day.

The trips cannot be taken separately and must be taken before 30/09/2018, except for national holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter or similar), subject to availability and must be booked at least 15 days in advance.

The value of the prize is €665.

Veneto The prize comprises a voucher valid for 2 people including:

- 1 night’s stay for 2 people in one of the best bike hotels in the Marca Trevigiana area; - Buffet breakfast; - Dinner based on traditional local products; - Bike rental for the entire day; - Information and promotional material needed for the daily excursions from the bike hotel. The package is valid until 30/09/2018 The package is subject to availability on the part of the hotel and services agreed with “Cycling in the Venice Garden”, the network of companies making the prize available.

The value of the prize is €350.

Friuli Venezia Giulia The prize comprises a voucher valid for 2 people including: - 1 night’s stay in a Style Superior room; - 1 bottle of Ribolla Gialla wine upon arrival; - American Buffet Breakfast; - Free bike hire; - Bike storage; - 1 beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs; - Wi-Fi connection; - Recharge for e-cars and Tesla; - 20% discount on lunch and dinner at the Hotel President; - 20% discount on room rates for the second and third night.

Subject to availability, the trip may be taken from: - 01 May to 30 June 2018; - 05 September to 30 September 2018.

The value of the prize is €199.

Emilia Romagna The prize includes: - 2 nights’ stay in a 3 or 4 star bike hotel on the Riviera or inland, with half board plus: • Packed lunch (for two people) • Bike hire (for two people for a day) • Road book.

The trip may be taken from: • September to October 2017 • April to June 2018 Easter and long weekends excluded.

The value of the prize is €480.

Prizes will not include: - Travel to or from the location - Meals apart from what is expressly indicated as included - Anything other than what is specified in “what the prize includes” Prizes may not be transferred.
