Please note the following terms and conditions are in reference to the Fifty Shades Darker spa and hair competition:
The Winner henceforth refers to the spa and hair competition prize recipient.
The Supplier henceforth refers to spa and/or salon where upon prize is to be redeemed.
Premier to act as intermediary between The Supplier and The Winner upon booking prize unless otherwise specified.
The Winner must respond to Premier via email to claim prize within 28 days. If we do not receive your response within this period, a new winner will be selected and your prize will be void.
The Winner must be over the age of 16.
The Winner must take prize at nearest available city and is subject to availability of The Supplier at the time of booking.
Travel to and from the prize destination will not be provided. Premier will not pay subsequent travel expenses.
Prize vouchers may not be sent to winner until 7 days prior to event.
Additional T&Cs may apply from The Supplier.
All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
Once booked and confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or altered.
The Winner is to provide Premier with multiple available dates to take prize.

All elements of prize are non refundable even if used.
In all cases, Premier reserves the right to replace the stated prize with another prize that is considered to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. The Prize carries no cash value and is not refundable or transferable.
Please allow up to 30 days for your prize to be confirmed.
This prize must be taken by the 1st December 2018.
It is the sole responsibility of The Winner to inform The Supplier of any medical conditions and/or allergies prior to receiving prize package experience.
Premier and the supplier are not responsible for any subsequent allergic and/or medical reactions following treatments.
Premier is not responsible for any loss or damages to The Winner, their possessions or any persons in accompaniment upon prize receipt.
Premier is not responsible should prize be cancelled by The Supplier or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Premier is not responsible should prize be cancelled due to political unrest, insurrection, war, disease, or acts of God.
The Winner of this competition is deemed to have accepted these rules and agrees to be bound by them, and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.
Premier reserves the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the competition.
The prize will not exceed £500 in value.
