E: 26/03 Win a family trip for 4 to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (FB)

There is one first prize which includes, · 1 nights accommodation at the 4* The Grove hotel in Watford in either two doubles rooms or two twin rooms (dependent on hotel’s availability) based on 2 people sharing each room on a room only basis. No meals are included. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals, the winner and guests will be responsible for such payments and/or damage.
· 1 family ticket (with a combination of either: a) 2 Adults and 2 Children; or b) 1 Adult and 3 Children only) with the Complete Studio Tour Package to the Harry Potter Studio Tour at Warner Bros. Studio, Leavesden. Travel between Watford train station and the hotel is not included.
· £500 spending money for the main winner only. (Prize money will be transferred directly to the winner in the manner they choose as most suitable).
· 4 first class return train tickets to Watford train station from the winners nearest train station (this is dependent on availability from the winners nearest available train station, which may not necessarily be the closest). The winners can request to opt for air fares, where applicable or fuel allowance, the Promoters will review the costs and approve if they consider the request as reasonable.

4. Either the winner or at least one of their guests must be 21 years or over.
5. Only the winner and three guests are allowed to attend the prize trip. The winner cannot select their guests through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. The winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Once selected, the winner’s guests may not be changed without the express consent of the Promoter.
6. The winner and guests will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to participate in the prize trip.
7. The prize, dates and travel details are subject to availability and confirmation. The dates of travel are weekends, between 2nd May and 30th November 2017. Travel is not permitted over Bank Holidays.
8. All other expenses not expressly stated or included in the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
9. The prize is subject to availability and winners should book at least three months prior to travel to reduce the risk of non-availability.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
