DREAM DELIVERY PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your entry to participate in the competition for the chance to win £10,000 worth of prizes each week in a prize draw (which we will refer to as the “Competition”).

1.2 If you are a Winner, you must be available between 8pm and 10pm on the Friday evening of the applicable Prize Draw and available at 10am on the Saturday morning immediately following the applicable Prize Draw. You must also consent to being filmed when receiving the Prize by reading and signing a contributor’s release (which is available on request).

1.3 Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not enter the Competition.

2. WHO WE ARE

The Competition is offered to you by Entertaining Play Limited (which we will refer to as "we" or "us"). Our principal place of business is at Suite 2, Floor 2, Waterport Place, Gibraltar.

3. THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR THE COMPETITION

3.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Competition on https://www.heartbingo.co.uk and https://www.dreamdelivery.co.uk. Any person who breaches these terms and conditions may be excluded from access to the Competition.

3.2 The following general rules apply:

· You must be a resident of the UK or Ireland and physically situated in one of those countries at the time you enter the Competition.

· You must be 18 years of age or over.

· The Competition is running between 00:01 on Friday 28th October 2016 and 23:59 on Thursday 24th November 2016 (the “Competition Period”).

· Our employees and contractors (and their family members) (or those of any Gamesys group companies) and the employees of our applicable third party partner(s) are excluded from entering the Competition and any entries by them will not be considered.

· If there is any fault, misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the acceptability of any entries, or the operation of any technical/communications system, our decision shall be final.

4. HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS

4.1 To enter the Competition (which is free of charge), you can, during the Competition Period:

· enter your details at https://www.dreamdelivery.co.uk. If you enter via this route you will receive 1 (one) entry into each Prize Draw. The details you enter must be accurate, up to date and can only be entered once. Each entry must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. A syndicated entry or multiple entries via brute force or script processes or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entry attempt by any other means will not be accepted. Any entry received via this method will be disqualified; and/or

· enter your details at https://www.dreamdelivery.co.uk as described above, click the ‘share’ button and share the Competition via Facebook with your friends (who must also be over 18 years of age). If you enter via this route you will receive 1 (one) entry into each Prize Draw for each friend who enters the Competition via https://www.dreamdelivery.co.uk using the unique link that you share; and/or

· if you are a member of https://www.heartbingo.co.uk, click the ‘opt-in’ button on the Promotions page of https://www.heartbingo.co.uk. If you enter via this route you will receive 5 (five) entries into each Prize Draw.

4.2 There is no restriction on how many times you can enter each Prize Draw.

4.3 There are no wagering requirements to this Competition.

4.4 One prize draw shall be held at 8pm each Friday in November on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of November (each a “Prize Draw”).

4.5 The prizes available to win in each Prize Draw are listed below (the “Prize”):

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1 One individual shall be drawn in each Prize Draw at random by a computer system from the pool of eligible entrants that gained entry to the relevant Prize Draw through the methods listed above and, subject to clause 5.3, each shall win the Prize (“Winners”). An individual can only with the Prize once during the Competition.

5.2 We will have the final overall decision over selection of the Winners and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

5.3 If you are a Winner:

· You must be available between 8pm and 10pm on the Friday evening of the applicable Prize Draw to receive contact from our Winners Team. We will contact you via telephone using the details provided by you. If we cannot contact you during this time we may select another individual from the pool of eligible entrants. Any alternative Winner will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.

· Your details (as described in clause 7 below) will be announced on https://www.heartbingo.co.uk and on the Prime Time Live Show on Chat-O-Vision at 8pm on the evening of the applicable Prize Draw.

· You must be in your home at 10am on the Saturday morning immediately following the applicable Prize Draw as this is when the Prize will be delivered.

· You must, consent to being filmed receiving your Prize and must read and complete the contributor’s release (which is available on request) before you can receive your Prize. We will bring a copy of the Contributor’s Release for you to sign when we deliver the Prize.

· We won't be liable if any Prize fails to reach you or if you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control.

· A Prize will not be awarded to you if to do so would be unlawful.

· You must be available to receive the Prize in person. We may verify your eligibility and check your identity subject to our age and identity verification policy. We may use an independent credit reference agency to make such verifications, including to your address or any other information that you provide to us. In performing these checks, the credit reference agency may keep a record of your information. The purpose of such checks is to confirm your identity only - a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected. If we cannot satisfactorily complete our verification process, we may ask you to provide personal identification documents to further confirm and validate: (a) proof of your age (by way of a passport or driving licence); (b) proof of your address (by way of a current utility bill or a bank or card statement); and/or (c) proof of your identity (by way of passport number, driving licence, a current utility bill or bank or card statement) Your failure to provide such proof (and if we cannot contact you for you to accept your Prize) within 14 days of the applicable Prize Draw, could result in your disqualification from the Competition or the withdrawal of any Prize, in which case we will redraw your Prize from the eligible entrants in accordance with the terms herein.

· We reserve the right to disqualify an entry from the Competition if your entry details match a member account that is closed with any sites in the Gamesys Network, either at your request or for failure to adhere to our websites general terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts previously closed under our Responsible Gaming Policy, Anti- Money Laundering Policies or our Bonus Abuse clauses.

5.4 All personal details and information you supply must be truthful and accurate.

6. PRIZE

6.1 Elements of the Prize may be provided by a third party supplier, who will be clearly identified in the information and materials relating to Prize. Any Prize that includes vouchers and/or experience bookings will be subject to that third party’s terms and conditions and may be subject to availability and restrictions may apply on the days and times that vouchers can be redeemed.

6.2 We shall not be responsible to Winners nor do we have any control in any way for the quality and condition of parts of the Prize that are provided by third party suppliers. All queries or issues with respect to the Prize should be directed to: 0800 458 3360.

6.3 The Prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the Prize, if applicable.

6.4 If any Prize is or becomes unavailable during the Competition Period, we may substitute any Prize (or elements of the Prize) with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.

6.5 Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative Prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, we may change the Prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

7. PUBLICITY

If you are a Winner, we may use your first name, first letter of your surname, town or city, county, country and details of your win, photographs of and quotes provided by you (“Publicity Material”) for publicity in accordance with the https://www.heartbingo.co.uk terms which can be found here: https://www.heartbingo.co.uk/terms.

8. YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

We will use your personal details to operate the Competition that you are taking part in. As a member, your data may also be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://www.heartbingo.co.uk/terms#privacy.

9. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

9.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.

9.2 We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

10.1 In consideration of us running the Competition, you hereby grant us an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable, transferrable licence to use, publish, copy, edit, distribute, communicate to the public and exploit the Publicity Material in all media (for example, but not limited to, print, television and internet), which may be in more than one country.

10.2 You undertake to us that the Publicity Material does not infringe the rights of any third party. You confirm that you have the right to grant us the rights set out in this clause 10 and that you have obtained all consents and permissions necessary to do so.

10.3 You hereby waive all “moral rights” in the Publicity Material and give to us all the consents that we need to exploit the Publicity Material in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. THE LEGAL POSITION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1 These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on this website, and if you have already entered the Competition, we will notify you by email.

11.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
