    1. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain
    aged 18 years or over,
    except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
    and its group companies (“Promoter”)
    The Royal London Group (“Royal London”)
    and NDL Group (“Prize Provider”),
    their families, agents or anyone else professionally
    associated with the draw.
    2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
    It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
    The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence
    will be entered into.
    3. To enter this prize draw, entrants must visit
    the Tea party prize draw page
    and complete the required fields in the online entry form.
    Entry is restricted to one per person.
    Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
    4. All entries submitted must be in English.
    It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their entry does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
    5. The Promoter reserves the right to feature any or all of the submitted entries in any of its publications, its websites,
    social media and/or in any promotional material connected to this promotion. Entrants will not receive remittance for such publication,
    though their work will be credited.
    6. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
    No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
    7. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, October 30, 2016.
    8. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing
    date of the prize draw.
    Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or
    should the winner be unable to accept the prize,
    the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner,
    drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    9. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
    Should any element of the prize or the prize itself become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
    10. One winning entrant will win a British Tea Party in the
    winner’s home for up to 10 guests.
    The prize includes:
    The services of a chef and one waiter to prepare the Tea Party;
    A bespoke high tea menu, with all ingredients and preparation;
    Food served on tiered cake stands and crockery platters;
    Tea pots and cafetires;
    Fruit juices;
    Board games including:
    o Cluedo Nostalgia Wooden Edition;
    o Guess Who; and
    o Classic Backgammon set;
    A Fortnum and Mason fine bone china tea set comprising a
    F&M St James two-tier cake stand and a F&M St James Tea for Two set.
    11. The winner will be required to make their kitchen,
    kitchen equipment and utensils available to the chef.
    High cost ingredients including, but not limited to foie gras,
    oysters, lobster, prime cuts of beef, truffles, etc,
    are not included as part of the prize.
    12. The date of the British Tea Party is to be agreed between
    the winner and the Prize Provider.
    As a pre-condition to claiming the full prize,
    the winner will be required to confirm that the winner has appropriate insurance in place for hosting the British Tea Party in the winner’s home, including public liability insurance.
    The winner agrees to waive and release,
    to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Prize Provider and Royal London and their affiliates, employees and representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from hosting the British Tea Party and the provision of services and prizes described above.
    13. The prize must be taken as one package and claimed within one year of the winner being notified
    14. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
    15. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Royal London.
    16. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
    17. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and/or Royal London. Accordingly the Promoter and/or Royal London may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter and/or Royal London as a result thereof.
    18. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of NDL Group.
