This is a promotion from Marks Electrical Ltd and there is one prize. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.

The competition starts on 10th October 2016 at 9:00am and closes on 14th October 2016 at 12:00pm. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.

Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees (and their families) of Marks Electrical, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with Marks Electrical or the competitions. Each user can enter once a day by submitting details. Due to the nature of the competition, entries shall not be returned.

The winner will be contacted via email on or after 14th October 2016 and announced on our Facebook page (identifying details will not be given). The prize will be retained for a month from the competition close date; failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery in that time , or failure to meet the eligibility criteria, will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The winner agrees to the use of their first name and any other non-identifying details for publicity purposes and will co-operate with any other reasonable request by Marks Electrical relating to publicity.

Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to computer error in transit.
