First of all click on the link in Lakshmi7's post - I've quoted it below to make it easier for you.
On the page which opens as a result of clicking the above link, scroll down to where it says Enter below to win a trip to Lisbon with Doris & Dicky - just below this you will see a big black oblong thing with the word ENTER on it. Click on this and then select the appropriate answer (clue: see above) and then click on the other oblong thing with the word CONTINUE on it.
Finally fill in some personal details (sorry, can't help you there) followed by clicking the SUBMIT button.
