Some of the things they sell can be bought much more cheaply through ebay or Amazon (identical items, not just similar ones) BUT - and it is a 'but' worth noting! - customer service is unbelievably good and they offer a lifetime guarantee. That guarantee doesn't just cover things going wrong; it covers a change of mind, even after months or even years of use! Hopefully not too many people abuse it...
The reviews on their website are usually worth reading, not least for the helpful comments Lakeland CS will add to some of them regarding use etc. I place quite a lot of trust in Lakeland reviews because they aren't stuffed full of people who were given the item free/at a discount in exchange for a glowing (sorry, impartial) review.0
