I'm in the same position - and when you read the T&C there is the usual guff about 'competitions', which seems at odds with the 'offer'. This approach seems to be getting increasingly common, so I'd be interested to know if anyone actually gets the 'promised' voucher.0 -

I used my voucher at L'Occitane Trafford Centre yesterday: they aren't doing the Cedrat one any more but will scan a code they keep behind the tills and give you a 70ml Verbena shower gel instead 0

I went Regent street London branch and was told they run out. No alternative for me.
