Drive Competition T&Cs – A chance to Win one Thrilling Off-Road Driving Experience for 2 people

The "Chance to Win one Thrilling Off-Road Driving Experience" Competition (the "Competition") is open to all residents in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over. The Competition is not available to ATS's employees or to ATS's marketing agencies, their employees or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Competition.
By participating in this Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material
To enter the Competition entrants must register their details on an official entry form completed online at atseuromaster.co.uk/drive no later than 12 midnight on 31st May 2016. Entries made after this date will not be eligible for the Competition. Entries may also be made by post by sending your name, home address, telephone number and email address to: ATS Euromaster Drive Competition, ATS Euromaster Ltd, 20 Upper Portland Street, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Postal entries must be received by midnight on 31st May to be eligible for competition entry.
No purchase is necessary. Only one entry can be made per person.
On Friday 3rd June 2016, one person will be selected at random by computer from all entries to win the Prize that consists of:
2 x tickets for a one-hour off-road driving experience at True Grip Off-Road in Ashford, Kent: a one night stay at a nearby luxury hotel which includes breakfast the following morning for 2 people. 2 x standard class return rail travel from any UK mainland station to the specified train station in Kent. (If the winner's home is in the Channel Islands, the Prize will include return economy class flights to London and rail transfers to Kent). All transfers between the rail station in Kent to the hotel and driving experience are included.
All other meals, drinks, travel costs, excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, and any other costs or expenses are not included and will be at the winner's expense.
The winner must be aged 18 or over. If the winner's companion is under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Prize.
Minimum age for the driving experience is 17, maximum weight is 22 stone, and maximum height is 6'6". Participants must hold a valid driving licence and produce the original on the day of the experience. Participants must be in good health and should not be suffering from any back or other problems which may be adversely affected by the driving experience.
The driving experience is available on weekdays only.
Either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit/debit card with available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
Hotel Accommodation is based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a double/twin room
Details of how to redeem the Prize will be sent separately to the winner. At least 6 weeks must be allowed for redemption of the Prize. The date of the driving experience and hotel stay will be subject to availability. All bookings must be made with the service provider. Telephone calls are charged at National Rate.
The winner will be informed by the Promoter by telephone by Thursday 30th June 2016. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact the winner (the first winner) within 30 days from the date of 1st attempted contact, the promoter will randomly select, by computer, an alternative winner. The first winner will no longer be eligible for the prize.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the driving experience, hotel stay or travel arrangements which are all operated by separate service providers – details for which will be provided to the winner with the Prize details. Any issues arising should be referred to the relevant service provider.
Train travel may be based on fixed departure times. Travel to and from the train station together with parking at the train station is not included as part of the Prize.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
No cash alternative is available.
The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
The Prize is valid for 12 months from winner notification but cannot be taken over Christmas & New Year (19th December - 4th January) Easter or Bank Holidays.
All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
Once booked, the Prize cannot be altered or amended.
Entry into this Competition cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, fraudulent and/or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry form if it believes the claim is fraudulent, not legitimate or not valid. The Promoter’s decision is final and is not open to challenge.
The Promoter cannot accept liability for any technical issues outside of their control that may prevent an entrant from participating in this Competition.
Details of the winner will be available upon request by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address below after 15th July 2016.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary or modify this Competition as required due to circumstances beyond its control.
All information received will become the property of ATS Euromaster Limited. Entrants consent to ATS Euromaster Ltd using their names and other entry details for promotional and/or marketing purposes, unless otherwise indicated. Entrants' names and county of residence will be made available (upon request) when the Competition has finished.
Without limiting the foregoing, Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this Competition will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation and processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy
ITV is not responsible for the administration of the competition or the fulfilment of the Prize.
This Competition and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
