Smartwatch with blood pressure monitoring?

Looking for smartwatch with these functions:

- Blood pressure monitoring: This is my main concern because I have low blood pressure. I get really fainty if I don't have anything to eat for more than 2-3 hours.
- Sleep monitoring and silent alarm clock.
- Pedometer: Number of steps and distance.
- Heart rate monitoring.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

I've had the Fitbit HR since Christmas and I'm very happy with it.

This is my first watch/monitor so I've nothing to compare it too, but so far I've had no issues with it and it does its job very well.

The app works fine on my Samsung S5 and shows stats clearly.

One thing that surprised me is when my phone rings it buzzes and tells me who's calling.

It's a great entry level monitor.
  • Are you sure it's a watch you want for BP monitoring? My understanding is that they aren't as reliable as the usual arm-cuff type. Is it because a watch-type offers constant BP monitoring? (I don't know if they do or not).

When I had to buy a BP monitor a couple of years ago I checked out reviews at "Which?".
