You get £7.50 off (as do I) if you sign up to Huel and place an order of £45+ using the above link.

    What is Huel?
Huel is a nutritionally complete powdered food that contains all the proteins, carbs, and fats you need plus at least 100% of the European Union's "Daily Recommended Amounts" of all 26 essential vitamins and minerals. So you know you won’t be deficient in any essential nutrients.

It's been formulated by the renowned nutrition expert James Collier BSc (Hons), RNutr. James has over 25 years of experience working in nutrition and dietetics, including 7 years as a Clinical Dietician in the NHS. He also has an Honours Degree in Nutrition with Dietetics.

Huel is 100% vegan (better for the environment and animals) super convenient, high in protein (150g per 2000 calories) and fibre (33g), low GI, contains less than a teaspoon of sugar per 2000 calories, contains no allergens (apart from non gluten-free oats), requires minimal packaging and has a shelf-life of 12 months (so zero food waste).

there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Due to its appearance and taste, Huel doesn't suit everyone, and it is quite expensive, but it's worked for me; I feel great, sleeping much better and I've lost 5kg in 2 weeks.

If you decide to give it a try - this link will get you £5 off your first order...

Seen as there haven't been any recent reviews I thought I'd give an update on the current state of Huel. Been using Huel for a little while now, mainly once a day as opposed to a full diet replacement. It works well for me for breakfasts as I can make it up the night before, leave in the fridge, and then straight out the house to the gym in the mornings, then have it on the way to work.

If you want you can add flavour "boosts", but I wasn't blown away by them, the chocolate was OK. The same can be acheived with some regular cocoa / hot chocolate / Nesquik.

Always stick a spoonful of instant coffee in mine in the morning for that extra early morning perk! Or if you are feeling a bit fancy, some red fruits (raspberries, strawberries etc.) and blend into more of a smoothie.

If you want £5 off your first order please copy and paste this web address into your address bar (which will also give me £5 off my next purchase!)

    Thank you
