What's included in the prize?

Enter for a chance to win all of the following:

Return flights for two people with Virgin Atlantic (Economy Class) from London Gatwick to Barbados (all taxes included)
Return private transfers from airport to hotel
7 nights in a Signature Room at the brand new Sugar Bay Resort on an All Inclusive basis
Choose to travel anytime between 1st May - 30th June 2016 or 1st September - 30th November 2016

Terms and Conditions

This competition closing date is 29th February 2016.
Each prize draw is open to residents of the UK & UK passport holders, aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary to enter.
There will be one main prize for two adults.
Prize includes: of 7 Nights All Inclusive Accommodation at Sugar Bay, Barbados in a Signature Room, plus return flights (economy class) with Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick to Barbados, return private transfers from the airport to the hotel.
Travelling dates are 1st May - 30th June 2016 or 1st September - 30th November 2016.
There will be one prize draw which will be completed and announced within 1 week of competition closing. Winners are selected by letsgo2 staff. Judge’s decision is final.
Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
This draw is not open to employees, partners and associated agents of letsgo2 or Ickenham Travel Group Plc or anyone concerned with this promotion or to members of any of our sponsor's holiday products.
The winners will be notified by email within 1 weeks of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one week, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify letsgo2 of any change in contact information.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw. letsgo2 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the prize draw at any given time without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 10 days of notification by letsgo2 or its representative.
Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants. Further, this may involve pooling the total number of entrants to make one draw on the closing date and awarding one main prize with the nature of that prize determined by which prize draw the entrant entered in the first place.
Entry into the draw authorises letsgo2 and/or our partner to contact and to publish the name of the winners. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
By entering the draw you agree to your details being used by letsgo2 and the competition partners.
Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes are not transferable. There will be no cash alternative. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
Please note that we reserve the right to contact you before or after the Prize Draw to make holiday awards which are entirely separate from the Prize Draw and that those awards are subject to attending a presentation and are subject to their own qualification criteria and their own terms and conditions.

When considering suitable dates within the timeframe listed your holiday may require a notice period of a minimum of eight weeks from the date of request to the date of travel.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Please be aware that during peak season we may not be able to grant a specific request.
Date changes are not permitted after booking is made.
Prize does not include Travel Insurance. It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate Travel Insurance.
In the event that letsgo2 cancels your booking due to circumstances beyond your control, an alternative holiday or date will be offered under the same terms.
